Hey all--I'm Nina. Mom of 2. Wife of 1. Finally losing some of the baby weight I've been holding on to since the boy was born--4 years and 3 months ago(today!). Just trying to keep myself accountable(good luck!) and to have something to hopefully show the girl(she's 8), that if I did it, she can do ANYTHING!
So here goes:
Breakfast:Complete Start Cereal
Lunch: Meatball Stuffed Sandwich
Dinner: BBQ Chicken Pizza
I'm going to http://www.atriptothemovies.com tonight for an advance viewing of The Proposal. So, my snack, who knows, probably some popcorn.
So far weight loss:
Week 1: -4.4 pounds
Week 2: -1
Week 3: -2.4
Week 4: -.8
Week 5: -2.8
Total: -11.4 which is 1.4 pounds less than my halfway goal.
I'm also 'training' for a 5k, using the Couch-to-5K running plan. I start Week 4 Day 1 tomorrow!
